Steven Hawks is a Health Science professor at BYU. He lost 50 pounds on his "Intuitive Eating Diet." The main focus is to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. He surrounds himself with lots of goodies so he never feels deprived. No restrictions, no problem right? Wrong!!!!
